All our sessions are on location and by appointment only.
Creating a family heirloom is a privilege. We therefore take as
much time as possible to give attention to details.
The first step is
to book your session. There are a variety of sessions available for
purchase. If you need help choosing, please feel free to call or
email any time. After you book your session, you will need to place
a retainer of $99 to reserve your date and time. (See
Portrait Payment Options)
The retainer is applied to your session fee. The balance of your
session fee is due at the time of your session. If you need to cancel
or reschedule, please give us at least a 24 hour notice. Your retainer
is non-refundable for cancellations or no shows.
A few days before your session, we'll contact you to discuss clothing suggestions, posing ideas, and other considerations. It's important to
think about where you'll be displaying your portrait, so we'll discuss that with you too.
If you think you might like a certain style image or image
enhancement, or might be wanting a specific collage or custom greeting card, please mention this beforehand so we can plan the proper images.
